1. Assume using high-end acrylic waterproofing material in the price estimation.
2. The need for removing the existing waterproofing layer depends on the actual site conditions.
3. If elevator does not exist, the project price will be affected due to higher material delivery cost. In our estimation the delivery is assumed to be 3 storey high.
4. Tiles would be chosen and purchased by the house owners.
5. For the tiling works, the estimated price includes floor preparation, plastering and levelling work.

7. The project price are complicated by factors such as site conditions, location, peak season and type of building etc. The final price will be determined by the actual quotation issued after site visit.
